Yes you’re probably correct. No one knew the drug was a dud. Phase 2 trials are done for a reason which is the reason natural therapies can never be proven.
The problem here is the mis-management of the whole company. They tried to pass off TIS through the EMA to get the CE mark AND had everyone believing they had a golden goose. Only to be rejected... so they string everyone along saying we just have to prove the result in a trial “designed for success”

You see most people agree that this trial and current management have been honest and disappointed. They ran a strict trial.

And then seeing TC selling ,before the trading halt really tops off the smoke and mirrors.
