What I can't and won't accept is that the results as reported for the 2011 trial were predominately driven by placebo effect. That is totally preposterous. If placebos were that good there is no need for drug development at all. Just tell 'em they're getting a treatment/drug that will fix the problem and half the population will be cured.
Explanations must be sought elsewhere.
