    It's so infurating.
    There are a handful of really good investors on this forum but for the majority a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing and I am afraid that's where you are now.
    MRM hasn't "repaid the bankers", the paltry $52m received from selling the crown jewels still leaves it with debt in excess of shareholders equity $350m or so?STO has $4000m of debt on $10,000m of shareholders equity - there's no comparison.
    MRM's bankers have agreed a reprieve (at terrible cost) but at the same time are continuing with vessel sales which will continue to transfer wealth from shareholders until the oil market turns while having negligible impact on the debt.
    It's irrelevant what was paid for an asset all that matters is what it may earn in future and the probability that present owners will see the benefit.
    You should be listening and hearing what wiser heads are telling you here, not continuing to argue that the world is flat.
