    Overnight news from Gulfmark Offshore:

    - Missed interest payment
    - Stock down ~40 percent to record low
    - Seems to be preparing for bankruptcy
    - All suggests total shareholder wipeout likely.

    I had actually thought Gulfmark was in better condition that it seems it is.

    Seems to be a canary in the coal mine for MRM indeed...
