you will find (approx.)
USA + 4 - 4.5
SA - +0.5
Rus - +0.8
depending upon your exact "start" and end periods .........
the usa added production due to extremely cheap debt.........
entertainlingly - declinie curves in tight oil / shale are "steep" ........so without the $$$$ spend - the issue will take care of itself...
comparing STO and MRM .....................lol !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
