I did say before that liquidity was "tight". And though I was expecting that if the worst happen, they'd do a cap raising and that should solve the debt/liquidity issue for a couple of years.
Management thought, maybe at the point of a gun, to sell the bases. Maybe they're smarter than people like me and know what they're doing.
I'm not sure shareholders are disadvantaged by getting rid of the Australian bases. Either that or a cap raising or bankruptcy.
I know, I know... management are idiots for buying at the height a bunch of "useless" ships. If we all could predict the height before the crash, we'd all be rich.
Come on man, you said you bought Santos right? It's not winning at the moment is it? Should we say that it's a lost and you're speculating because the market doesn't agree with you?
Anyway, I still got an outstanding buy order for MRM so let's not try to convince others of its merits shall we.
