The main problem I see with management is that they no real experience in exploration, resource definition, or mine development. Hence no clearly annunciated pathway to production. They are big users of contractors with no skin in the game. While this keeps overheads low, it does not allow for sustained project development.

I can only hope that some success at the Bourke graphite project will lead to a normalisation of this junior explorer - ie, development of a cohesive team that will form the basis for project advancement.

But then again, are they looking to be a miner or project seller? The board's objectives are far from clear.
