    As shares of PKO were selling below the 1c price of the new issue, OXX as underwriter may have finished up with almost all the new issue.Underwriting shortfall due to be disclosed on Thursday 30th January.In the Quarterly Report OXX may outline the timetable for the proposed takeover of PKO.
