Esports will b the largest 'sport' globally.
Again largest sport globally,currently provides prize money same as super bowl.
One only needs to look at the growth in gaming etc etc .
So how could tls establish a monopoly over esports in australia ?,it can't.
Due to hoyts/afinity and obvious regulation.
The next best thing is to provide esports with the two imperative requirements/carrots for esport gaming.
-one being tls's leading national 5g network and the trials it has being doing with its esport partners.
-two being the purpose built arena in australia's leading sporting state and in melbournes leading sporting district melbourne park.
Don't know the google technology,but maybe tls would have the australia market power to create an exclusive agreement with google and its esport technology?
Anyway,tls has shown no sign of diversifying outside their restricted but broad network business with the exception of health??????????????????,anyone phoned one of the tls doctors or advertise in yellow pages.
And why as extra capex on upgraded network is completed in 3 months tls now requires a new ceo and chairman to take advantage of their various forms of competitive advantage and disrupt or develop sectors to increase earnings..
