Mate, watching Niall Ferguson interview with John Anderson. People will vote for "altervatives" like Trump and Brexit not because it makes economic/business sense but because people are fed up and distrust institutions. Labor definitely are appealing to the greenie left, college graduates. This FC policy is shaping up as a "generational war". Between the boomers and the millenniums. But yah, as a matter of fact, I'll vote for "alternatives" because that has a chance of stopping this Labor FC madness.
PS: I always look for ETFs if I have nothing to "buy". But only if SMH says its a down day.
