Isn’t TLS a lost cause having squandered every business opportunity? Worse still it cannot get basic customer service even 10% right. The CEO and Board know that but couldn’t care less. You know that they know you know.
Everything it does is through questionable franchises and contractors that continue failing on every metric of commerce. You know that and you know that everyone you know knows. How could this rudderless disappointment ever come good? Why not wind it up?
