I don't care whether its a male or female or the person has had a gender reassignment operation,as long as what they say makes sense.And imo to  have a 50/50 gender policy currently is rubbish.
Example,mrs yakoni that led tls software came with an excellent business history,but the current muru d and esport women ?.And thats going by their comments and actions.
I have given up on tls becoming a real player in esports,same tls energy retail under current ceo and chairman.
What a joke,bhp looking at getting into retail energy while tls chairman says no to retail energy when tls has so many advantages over bhp in energy as previously listed.
BHP getting into 'retail' energy,origin getting into telecommunications ?,tls ceo and chairman aren't wearing blinkers their wearing blind folds,these business models are so obvious with tls's 50% market share,the same reason its party time for apple with its 30% market share   in the  global banking sector thru the massive growth in applepay,but apple understands its competitive advantage,tls does not.
New ceo and chairman required because just a couple of solid announcements and it would be very easy to get tls's sp above the screaming buy of $4.
But it requires diversification into profitable sectors as posted.
