Agree that gender quotas are a really bad idea. Token positions due to gender only seeks to undermine those who truly deserve their postion.
I watched the fastbrick vid before.
The immediate issue i see is that it is laying the first course on a nice flat slab. The truck works great in a perfect world.
On raft slabs the footing is never perfect and you need splits, different volumes of mud etc. Still pretty clever though.
Then there is the issue of site cut blocks where the truck would not be able to get near the footings.
Id buy more TLS before investing in FBR imo.
