Cophet,then u would be like me,but i believe we could have both run bhp and rio better than previous ceo's.Google their write downs ,lol the big australian with bigger write downs when all they have  do is dig up dirt and put it  on a ship?  ie mistakes ? like $40 billion bhp $50 billion  rio write downs in one year etc..

Never a good look GR for a ceo to be selling shares ,whats penn spend his millions in income on that he needs to sell some of his tls shares to pay his tax?.Maybe he needs a new accountant?,hey maybe tls also needs a new accountant?I would absolutely love to pay my accountant to do a cash flow for tls out to 2022 taking into account all transition figures are now known and include forecast trends and realistic margin trends.
ps even my accountant wouldn't suggest transferring 3200 employees as fighting back.Tls leased the fixed network to nbn,that includes the employees required by nbn ie final figure as suggested by penn 7000,its misleading to suggest thats fighting back imo.With the business comes the employees.etc etc etc
