Finally the important stuff,iv'e actually changed from shiraz to pinot,less alcohol and simply better,spirits hit my nerves to hard the following day .

Now back to the boring stuff.When ten offered the now oml for approx $200m at that stage including divisions in the US and UK i was jumping up and down suggesting tls by it for their pathetic struggling  sensis division.Good exercise for me but that was all,private equity ended up buying it.

Now we have esports,even i hope i don't post to much on it as i believe its a waste of time under current management although just like 5g it will become,if not already the leading money making sport.
As posted gfinity and hoyts bought the purpose built esports arena in nsw.The vic govt plans to build a esports arena at melbourne park and for melbourne to become the leading esports state ie similar MCG.
Problem,vic govt can't run anything,vic govt believes they can compete with gfinity a lge UK esports co with now an interest in a purpose built esports area,sound familiar?  ie tls's investment in TSM in the US similar co and also TSM plans to build a purpose built esports arena in the US..
This is the developing business model for lge esport co's best games and ownership of esport arena just like gfinity is doing in nsw.
Now this is like history repeating itself ie stating the obvious like tls buying oml digital advertising.
TSM has shown tls the business model for esports,tls has said they will use the tsm experience to develop esports?
lol ,u have to,tls should go to vic govt,jv vic govt in new purpose built arena and fit arena out with 5g in melbourne park and work with / let tsm run its tsm business model in melbourne  to compete with gfinity same business model in nsw.
And why i need/enjoy my pinot.
I don't believe penn or chairman are the right people to expand tls into the various diverse profitable business sectors ie esports,digital advertising and energy,maybe even NAS etc ie NAS,content,iot's still not profitability proven under current management..
