from memory tls signed an agreement that limits it competing directly with nbn on broadband.
tpg doesn't have this constraint.
tpg has some direct access through its own infrastructure, especially in the more densely populated areas.
I live in the cbd and are with tpg. they offered us a faster non nbn deal. can't remember the details, my wife handled it.
this maybe is how tpg is still making margins on broadband when tls is not
