Um I don't agree tpg are officially out of the 5g race,not that it matters to tls as posted better a merger.
I believe the accc will approve merger,and lol then tpg can utilize its $1.3b 700 spectrum they are still paying off plus what it spent on 3.6ghz plus its fixed mobile vodafone infrastructure plus its mobile customers ie re selling vodafones mobile network.
