Telstra claims superior service to justify more expensive services.... but after spending hours on the phone in the last 2 days over broadband issues you have to wonder. Call centre staff tell me that they are being smashed by regional customers with outages. This after i had to call the 4 days in a row last week for mobile service outages and customer service failures.
seriously considering aldi mobile after this fortnight of telstra fails
