Absolutely it does, there is no way a simple NBN re-seller can compete against that without getting it's own infrastructure into the mix. Telstra is the premium network and its competitive advantage as a premium network is increasing. It just needs to flush the massive costs out of the company using automation which I believe is why Niko is there
