It puts more pressure on the ACCC to allow the merger. There will only be three networks now regardless of what the ACCC do, the third would be weaker and less able to compete without TPM. I bet the market figures the ACCC just got backed into a corner from which it has only one option. Actually quite smart from TPM if you ask me.
