Vodafone basically has all the towers ,spectrum etc its a very basic national mobile network that is a perfect fit with tpg's mobile fixed infrastructure and 26% fixed market share.
Its just to much common sense to merge,if i was teoh i would absolutely stop the tpg roll out and blame the govt huawei ban so as to not upset the accc and govt,but the merger is imperative for tpg.100% imperative and the accc was showing all the signs of not allowing the merger to go ahead.
Now lets c what accc says,and teoh walks away still in the good books after leading the donkey imo only
