great comments ,,today's media report TLS plans to spend $9.00 billion over 3 years in infrastructure and improvements ,so how do the small players match that,, I think when 5g is up and running ,,there will be massive movement towards TLS .just ride the wave you will be a winner ,yes dividend is down but not out ,,
