I find it hard to see Canopy buying Auscann, what for $1 per...

I find it hard to see Canopy buying Auscann, what for $1 per share? would SH'd even be happy with that price & approve it as many at that price would still be under water I suspect.

Also that would cost Canopy $310,000,000, not sure their willing to pay that much & see value in it.....for possible patented hard capsule, which I'm sure they could come up with a version of it in Canada if they wanted to with all their resources & years of expertise A $5M facility that needs another $6M fitout, throw in a few MOU / JV, is that really worth $300+ million?

They've invested funds into some sort of growing / facility in Victoria recently anyway.
