This is the part that has annoyed me most about auscann.. in the prospectus, their "partnership" with zelda was one of the biggest things they had going for them. It was said that auscann would grow for zelda and they would be sharing the IP that aunt zelda has etc now its just silently drifted away without mention. When i asked zelda, they said the connection between the 2 was that harry was a involved with both initially.. and auscann said their is no partnership. Its disappointing to know that they were making a few things seem more than they were to lure in investors.. in the end, it worked and theyll now be fine without zelda as they have money and licences but i hope they have some solid IP still when it comes to what they are putting in their pain formula. I like auscann but id like to see more transparency when it comes to announcing things that aren't 100% positive. Such as Stewart washer leaving... are they going to inform us?
