Hi Froggy There was no building - no land based assets on the balance sheet. There is no cultivation. They only have a cultivation license and no permit. There is no revenue. See their last quarterly return. They have zero income. They hire medical reps to see doctors but they don't have any products for the doctors to prescribe. They claim they are producing pharmaceutical-grade medication but there is nothing lodged with the TGA. I think the evidence is pretty clear. There doesn't appear to be a business and there doesn't appear to be any assets. Consider AC8 a shell ready for RTO when the market cap drops below $4m.
