Elaine Darby's holding was 11,606,445 shares as the final notice declared. Unfortunately, we cannot know if she has dumped them! Her resignation without taking further part in this company was not normal. I would think some one who has been CEO of the company, still fairly young and have no plan to work for another company would just quit. Perhaps she knew the company has no real product and was going nowhere so she quit. AusCann hasn't even got a new CEO for so long after the announcement of her resignation. 

Harry Karelis held about 15 million shares in a trust fund when he left AusCann late 2017. We have no way of knowing if this was dumped.

Mal still holds 10,657,105 fully paid ordinary shares and 2,050,681 performance shares. These performance shares have been converted into normal shares. Imagine that the board voted to award Mal over two millions of free shares on performance in 2017! We will soon see if he sold any shares recently.
