It looks like they will blow over 11 million dollars for a facility that will be ready for use later this year. By the slow pace they move, it probably means the end of this year. The promise the begin of production at the middle of this year. When I look at "Our partner PCI Pharma is manufacturing the first product line as we aim to commence the production of our capsules towards the middle of this year,” Dr MacLeman said." I feel that PCI Pharma is not really manufacturing. They are probably only designing the product line. It's probably AusCann outsourcing the design of the product again to another company, otherwise the production should happen right now!

The big question is "Where is the plan for clinical trials?" They cannot just make a batch of capsules, stop the production, plan trials, start trials, evaluate and decide to continue or abort the product line. It will take another year with any luck to have a real product. I also see no activities on training of doctors to prepare for real prescription of the promised product.

The text clearly shows the emphasis on R&D which implies that this whole thing is still in its infancy. AusCann probably fears the first product will be a flop. So they delay all things as much as possible waiting for more R&D work. The silence on clinical trials also suggests the fear of failure.

Any way, there are too many questions and no answers. I fear that we will enter another period of no new news for 3 months. Imagine what this would do to the share price.
