I like the way you are distorting the message. No one has ever said that ALL directors are selling. What was said was:
1. The stock price has plummeted by over 80%
2. Since the free float % is a much smaller fraction that this then some of he sellers must have been founders/ directors who were not part of the retail investor "free float"
3. If founders and directors are selling, there is a good reason.
4. I don't know what that reason is but I do know that they are privy to more information than you and I are.
