As soon as you part with your money, your investment is not important. The game is asking for fresh money at every turn. Fresh money to keep the stock price up. Fresh money to keep a company running. Fresh money to help the insiders to keep the value of their holding. Escrow shares are arranged with the ASX at IPO time. It's not a problem with the company management. The Escrow selling is probably not an issue now as I have seen the total volume since the release of escrow reaching bear 100 millions. It's now the dumping of shares from funds that want to lower the risk. Even at 36-40c some of the sellers still get a profit so they are locking the profit while others take on the risk. I don't know if it's some sorts of collusion from the funds to wheel this stock to suck gullible new buyers in or there are actual institutional buyers who absorb millions of shares for the last 2 weeks.
