This isnt VPE ... STU is not going to be issuing new stock. For a start, I think DB Clarke wqould vote against it ;)

For their corporate strategy, check Tino's Investor Briefing of the 29/10.

Basically, with 1200 bopd from Acracria and 1000+ from Worrior, STU is going to monetise existing production for cash flow - NAB will lend them up to $5m at about 150 basis points above the cash rate.

With interest rates as low as they are and guatranteed cashflow from producing wells, they can and, in my opinion, should operate with debt over 25% of their market cap.
