My take on STU is a forecast production of 350,000 barrels for cy 2004 at a margin of $18-$20 / barrel to give a cash flow $7 million and a P/CF of 5 at say 60 cents a share.
Firstly, could you comment on the production figure as the individual field flows seem to indicate a higher total output.
Secondly, and the other reason I bought the stock was the result from Kiwi _ 1 and the impression I formed that STU had positioned themselves in a productive fairway on the flanks of the field.
This does mean that Kiwi_1 will need be connected at some stage and thus your comment on the requisite drill program to firm this up would be appreciated.
