One thing about STU is that the company management does not need to care about their share price that much.
Firstly, with DB Clarke holding 26% and allegedly thinking the company is worth $2 a share, they cant really get taken over.
Secondly, as they arent planning on issuing paper, they dont need to raise the share price to allow cheaper capital raising.
Therefore, you have a much more laid-back and long term view than most junior oilers.
While they are less conservative and more media aware than under DB Hollingsworth, their core competancy is not news management, but finding oil and gas.
Also, note that the share price went from 28 cents in July 03 to 45 cents in August 03 on no news whatsoever - the market just realised they oversold the company after the disappointment of Acracia only being a 1600 bopd field with 12.6 mmbo of reserves.
I believe the market has done the same thing with Worrior.
