Directors are waiting on finalisation of CCL to commence trading!
When you think about it, there’s no way that’s the reason for the current trading halt, why would it be? We’re not investing or continuing with CCL, back to work let’s get on with it! It doesn’t take in excess of five months to release such a statement to the market, no matter how bad Elizabeth’s Internet connection is!
And the other excuse is the ASX is still waiting on a financial statement from the end of financial year, that’s a $25,000 fine for either the Directors or the company, not a reason for a trading halt!!
Definitely something going on behind the scenes in regards to current/ongoing ASIC investigations into Directors internal affairs within the company, and don’t try to tell me it’s not, we’re still waiting on any type of announcement in regards too this!
And no they don’t investigate companies and forget to inform the market of their findings, the investigation is ongoing!
