yep and the NST deal wasn't any better; that's probably why their market caps are in the hundreds of millions not single digits. Shady is right, these are quality operators but sadly for ALY shareholders all benefits will largely go to IGO/NST and directors/management continuing to hoover up their fees/salaries in what looks to me to be largely a zombie stock now. it would take a massive find prove me wrong I reckon.
