totally agree with that never ever pay more than one cent,,better to miss out imo,,you end up doing your money,,,on the retrace wait for volume to be high to make sure no hidden sellers around and you might be lucky on averaging down and getting the hell out of dodge,,people never learn they raise low for a reason not cause company is fantastic,,fomo plays a major part in the game but if you sit back and reflect for a minute you would never pay 10 times more for a property unless it has a proven play not hot air etc etc
