I am not sure just what the deal is.But,I am pretty certain that this company is not worth $100m or anything like it.The current market cap is only $11m.
Something don't smell right here.
There are a few items in the annual report that also need explanation.You might notice that creditors are larger than assets,excluding intangibles.And what is this huge loan to an associated party?
