    I don't know whether this deal will go through goodie3shoes but from where I sit I am more than happy that there is a process.It indicates to me how much the directors view FFF is worth and they are talking $50 million for half the company(including rights issue to current holders).If this deal does go through I would expect that the shares will be re rated.DYOR.
