    Oldtimer2 who cares really who is behind the recapitalisation if its going to recapitalise the company increasing the share price and putting it back into a position for greener pasture going into 2013 and beyond......

    Its previous management who you should vent your frustration at they put the company in the position it is today.... and that position is ripe for the taking from a smart group of investors in my view.

    They will have control the company post cash input but FFF will be in a stronger position on valuation its worth 3.6 cents without any new business on the books. So affectively the new partners are buying in at valuation price so they see a future in FFF going forward for growth.

    Its still cheap at 2 cents
