I just want to add.....
It a great "offer" for all parties, if everyone participates.
The big problem was the debt. We are therefore replacing the debt with capital.
At EPS of 0.42c a share and future debt free(timeframe still unclear)
FFF is looking a great divi stock. Remember price is a variable of return.
If we forecast a dividend of 5-10c valuation goes to 40-70c mark......
With funds held as retained profits, prob spent on IT integration of so many units or further aquisitions?!
