Time running out for AC&E.
It ain't going to happen.Never was.And, in my view, the company will be struggling without more capital.A very very ordinary board of directors, some very dodgy transactions that should have required shareholder approval , a balance sheet that could be interpreted as bordering insolvency (what's the value of the goodwill?) and a desperate financing likely to be a phurphy.
And a director who chews gum and looks like he's painted the suntan.OK, shallow but reflective.
