I personally think Anthony is waiting to see if they get 100% participation in the cap raising, so basically he hasn't committed.

I personally hope to see a debt free company fully capitalised with a dividend. I don't understand at what rate the debt is at as it wasn't mentioned in the last update but was above 7% 18 months ago.

so a 5% dividend fully franked is possible, though no news as yet to this AC&E deal and is non-binding so no news equals uncertainty.

Market cap could vary 40m-70m imo.
Theory goes back to fundamentals, price is a variable of return. Once we get a clearer picture of shares outstanding and EBIT easily a 40c stock.
