other than that, i'm an agnostic in most things, which spills over into my trading. the charts have to prove themselves.
if i have a perspective both ways, not a bet both ways mind you, it helps me to "follow the trend" as opposed to predict it.
most see ta as predicting the trend. it kind of is, but it's better utilized to give an indication of the likely trend which, when proven by price action, can be followed.
