if these parcels as such are sold into the market on this date or after, won't it make small parcel holders dump as it gets closer to the date if not already and give GGE more real indicative price movement in 2014.
That's how I see it, maybe a small drop then strong movement up as earnings and production results come forward in quarterly's.
Then again I've been waiting for what seems like here to eternity.
