Looks like a marker to me, there is one also on the 0.008 buy side. Not sure of the purpose but there have been quite a few on both sides over the past few months so they are useful to keep an eye on. Quarterly not far away now which should be good and consistent with the other qtly's. We could also see some other stuff in between but that is just imo.
