There must be, as you say "good reasons for not putting the forward plan out yet"
They are rather obvious ATM and need to be sorted.

No point in detailing the obvious.
We expect Management to do what is needed in
the best interests of the Coy.

With all the ammo in the locker it could be a
real "Shoot Out " in the offing.

However if I had a good plan with no static attached,
I would feel obliged to let punters know what it was.

Then again if I was waiting for Houston to provide a
"Fix" I may be inclined to go fishing and adopt
the ZZZZZZZZZZZzzz Position.

There seems to be no doubt that the plan is still on the
Drawing Board and some of the dots have done a runner and need to be rounded up and connected.
