R15, I see it more as an opportunity than a problem. If there are good reasons for not putting the forward plan out yet I can understand the current situ. Perhaps if delays are more than weeks we could farm-in to some small $250k project with potential just to get some momentum and action. Fundamentally things look very good, there is movement in the background but it is not clearly visible.
