where is this share heading

I have held this share for well over 12 months,and i am still waiting for the company to come up with the goods. When reading the announcments regarding the products which BPO have and the experiments which have been completed i believe that we are on to something very big. I want to know what is holding this stock back. Is it bad management who are not very good with marketing the product or is it because other governing organisations are not doing the right thing in regards to allowing the company to get this product of the ground.
