Hi Frank - yes i had noticed the shares over last 2 years in fact, getting up to 1-2% of issued capital so quite heavy dilution. I would assume he's planning on getting juicy dividends in a few years
P&L profits in line with last year and operating cashflow (this was the warning flag I didn't pay attention to when the other idiots were running the show) very positive and only slightly down on last year. They run a tight ship.

I'll check out those ratios over the w/end.

AMA must be on other value investors radars by the simple fact the MV:Turnover ratio is so low $17M mkt cap, turnover $53m

P.S -sorry for crosspost (I don't hold) but Frank if your looking for others keep PBP:AX on watchlist, similar low MV:Sales but heavily family owned,& in need of a turnaround.
