The ridiculous amount of dilution and excessive incomes is the problem. There is a significant amount of dilution ahead. We have no money,and when you have no money, your position to negotiate is minimal. Look at what they were giving 25% to OXX for.

OBL seems like that girl who just can't land a good guy but blames a lack of talent when in fact the problem is with her. The point is everyone who signed up to do a deal with us has pulled out. We have been up to our eyeballs in legal matters. Throwing figures around is actually pointless. It's what can be proved.

I'm all for a decent wage but 400K in beyond reasonable. I know other companies who have had a low base with incentives which has worked well.
