Quite the opposite.....In my experience no matter where opt finish there will be a shortfall..as I said in this case it could go as far as 20-30 mill...and yes I would bet the house if I could get hold of them ..it would be a bargin.
I await the PFS which could get to close to XMAS to allow all holders to convert.
This bears nothing as to what the real value is...I simply say at 2c is a BUY opportunity
